Is my account the same on the website and in the app?

Yes. Sign in with the same email, Google or Apple account and your library, wishlist and purchases are the same everywhere.

How do credits work?

One credit is about a dollar. Credits come in packs from $2.99, with bonus credits on the larger packs, and can be bought here on the website or in the app. A book's price is shown in credits; once bought, it is yours on the website and in the app on every device you sign in to. Credits belong to your account and do not expire.

Can I read paid books on the website?

Yes, once you've bought them: sign in and open the book. Anyone can read the free books, and the opening chapters of paid ones.

I bought credits but they haven't arrived

Credits bought on the website usually arrive within seconds. Credits bought in the app are confirmed when the app is open, signed in to the account you bought them with, and online. If they still don't appear, write to us with the date of the purchase.

Refunds

For credits bought on the website, write to us within 14 days of the purchase if you haven't spent them. Purchases in the app are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies.

Deleting your account

In the app: Me › Profile › Delete account. This removes your account and everything kept with it.
